Debby enjoys her family – especially her beautiful grandchildren, travel, gardening and painting. |  | Carol Anne Alley – Sales Assistant - Carol Anne was with Eagle Crest for 10 1/2 years before joining Brasada Ranch in 2005. The promise of watching a new resort grow is what encouraged Carol Anne to make the transition.  | Annie Montgomery – Director of Sales - Annie was with Eagle Crest for 20 years and was the first employee at Brasada Ranch. She has been in the real estate business for 29 years. The challenge of helping to create a new community was a wonderful opportunity for Annie and she has taken pleasure in every minute of it. Annie enjoys spending time with her husband, Don and 10-year-old daughter, Paige and many of the outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer. |  | Tom Lassan – Real Estate Broker – Tom, previously from Coeur ‘d Alene, Idaho, has been in real estate for many years. Tina has three children and enjoys rollerblading, camping, hiking and spending time with her two St. Bernards. |  | Janet Hardwick – Operations Manager - Janet has been with the Eagle Crest family for 17 years. She began as an administrative assistant at Eagle Crest and moved into the Human Resources department after only eight months. She wanted to join the Brasada Ranch team because she enjoys new challenges and embraced the opportunity to work at one of JELD-WEN’s newest resorts. Janet has three grown children and 2 1/2 grandchildren (the newest grandson is due in October). She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, kayaking, hiking and biking. |

He is a Master Certified New Home Salesperson (MCSP) and a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) through the National Association of Homebuilders.
