Discover the Cascades under the bright moonlight reflecting off of the white snow, and look for signs of animals in their nocturnal wonderland! Wanderlust Tours runs monthly moonlight snowshoe trips for the few nights surrounding each full moon from November to April.
Exploring with Wanderlust Tours’ renowned naturalist snowshoe guides, tour participants will get away from the light of the city, learn about the constellations, watch for shooting stars and listen for the hush of the nighttime forest of the Cascades.
The U.S. Bank Pole Pedal Paddle is a relay race with six legs that include alpine skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, biking, running, canoeing/kayaking/stand up paddle boarding, and sprinting to the finish! You can do it all yourself or be part of a team (or pair). We invite you to take part in the festivities and enjoy Central Oregon.
Featuring a NEW COURSE for the Half Marathon! The scenic route starting along the Deschutes River is ideal for beginners as well as seasoned runners. Terrain includes a mix of gentle trails, groomed paths and paved surfaces, the best of all worlds! Bring your daughter, sister, aunt, mom or best friend and make it a fabulous holiday weekend in Bend.
Athletes ages 50 and older can compete in one of the sixteen sports offered. It’s a great chance to test your mettle against other seniors while enjoying a getaway to the outdoor playground of the West. Whether you’re a super-competitive athlete, or just someone looking to stay active, the Oregon Senior Games is a great event to add to your bucket list.
This is our fifth year holding this tournament and the weather has been awesome every year! We will be utilizing three very nice complexes for the tournament. This is a great tournament to add to your schedule! It’s Father’s Day weekend, so Dads don’t forget your clubs, world class golf courses await you! 14u, 13u, 12u, 11u, 10u and 9u divisions.
The Beer Run finishes at the intersection of Bond St. and Franklin Ave. in the heart of the Bite of Bend festival, under an inflatable arch. Finishers are greeted with – you guessed it – another beer! We sell out, so sign up right away! Registration increases on race day so get in early and spend the savings on a couple beers instead!
With an 85% finisher rate, this National Ultra Endurance Series event has something for everyone willing to challenge themselves to an adventure. After the 8-14 hrs on the bike participants are rewarded with a Deschutes Brewery Finisher Growler and excellent food and beverages before drifting off into one of the best nights, sleep ever. Bring the family to Bend and hit the trails with the High Cascades 100.
We have a double shotgun golf tournament on Friday at 7:45am and 1:30pm. Please be warmed up and ready by your carts at least 20 minutes before each start time. Complimentary range balls will be provided.

Participate in one of Oregon’s favorite trail running races; enjoy a full course redesign that starts and finishes at Wanoga Sno-Park and features thespectacular single track, double track and FS roads for which Central Oregon is nationally recognized in the trail running world. Once again the 2016 Haulin’ Aspen is part of the Trail Runner Magazine Trophy Series as a points qualifier.
The main attraction of the weekend, Dinner on the Range, featuring 16 of Central Oregon’s finest chefs, hand-crafted beer, a variety of wines and spirit tastings, specialty desserts and more. In addition, we will welcome a live band to the Ghost Tree Invitational stage.

This event features riders of ages 10-70 and with teams of 1 or 2 for the 12hr, and 1,2 4 or 5 or even corporate riding 24 hrs starting at 10 am and finishing after 10 am on Sunday, September 11th. Light rentals available and excellent support all night long for your group of friends. Bring the RV or tent to Bend and hit the trails with the Oregon 24!
The Half Marathon event is the season finale of the Happy Girls Run Series. Racers will enjoy friendly competition, fun prizes, cocktails and more in beautiful Sisters, OR on Sunday, Nov 5th. Half-marathon finishers will receive a western style belt buckle and fabulous gift bag with specialty items.
Half-marathon racers wind through the mainly single-track dirt trails, rolling hills and forested areas of the Peterson Ridge system outside of Sisters, OR. The Happy Girl Sisters race is an “express,” meaning racers enjoy a mostly downhill race. Get your best trail-run time yet! The 5K meanders through the beautiful town of Sisters. This is a USA Track and Field sanctioned event. The half-marathon registration is limited to 500 participants by the Sisters Ranger District so register soon, this event will sell out quickly!
