Executive Chef Adrian Carpenter, formerly the sous chef at Little Nell in Aspen, Colorado, creates all Brasada Ranch resort menus daily, using fresh, local ingredients prepared in innovative, delicious ways to enhance the natural flavors that arise from the fertile soils and waters of the West. Chef Adrian describes his philosophy as "European techniques formed around the incredible ingredients of the Pacific Northwest." We call it Farm-to-Table Dining. Bon appétit!
