The extraordinary culinary experiences of The Ranch are lead by Executive Chef Adrian Carpenter, who is ready to custom design the menus for your special event. Prior to arriving at The Ranch in 2011, Adrian was making headlines in Aspen Colorado, where he worked as sous chef in many fine dining establishments, most notably the five-star Little Nell.
Today Adrian works with dozens of local purveyors, farmers and foragers to bring the freshest possible ingredients to The Ranch and our guest’s meals. While the views of Brasada Ranch are legendary, we can promise your guests will talk about the food long after they have left.

When we connect, we'll talk in depth about your vision, and when we meet with Adrian, he will provide plenty of options to ensure your expectations are exceeded.

Adrian believes strongly in using locally-sourced food for so many good reasons, including the fact that buying locally means acquiring better tasting foods unique to our local microclimate that have to travel a shorter distance before they arrive on your plate, ensuring freshness and a lessened impact on the Earth.
