At The Ranch we’re committed to living off the land through close relationships with local farmers, foragers and purveyors, as well as wineries, and utilizing the most flavorful ingredients the season brings.

This approach is all in keeping with our philosophy that the finest meals begin and end with a strong sense of place. Each week, our Executive Chef and his Culinary Team spend hours canvassing Central Oregon, getting out into the fields, meeting local farmers, making relationships, and hand-picking directly from their sources the foods you enjoy at Brasada.
