The Ranch House is an intimate, friendly retreat, and the unique restaurant that anchors this special place matches that vibe. Casual yet upscale in atmosphere, the space is communal and classy, like the living room in your best friend’s amazing vacation home. A large stone fireplace rests in the back of the room, which extends out to a bank of windows and a wrap around deck and forever views over the Central Oregon high desert and Cascade Mountains beyond.
Our head chef, Adrian Carpenter, describes the food here as “ranch-style comfort food”—yet there is nothing country diner about these meals. Chef Adrian makes sure that every creative dish that comes out of the Ranch House kitchen is fresh, excellent, and made from locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Serving delicious frittatas, paninis and much more, The Ranch House a fabulous Oregon restaurant in its own right. Enjoy a famous Central Oregon microbrew or one of 18 high-end wines by the glass, dispensed from our pneumatic wine dispenser, which keeps open bottles fresh for 40 days.
The Ranch House restaurant also features gourmet provisions, including local microbrews, wines, fine cheeses and salami, prepared sandwiches, local sodas from Crazy Dave’s Sodas, and small dessert items like local chocolates and more.
