Special Note: Range Restaurant and Bar closes January 1st for the winter and reopens the middle of March. During the winter months, Chef Adrian and his team turn their attention entirely to the Ranch House, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

The food at Range is extraordinary, as is the view. From the expansive windows, guests take in world-class views of the Cascade Mountain peaks. The eye travels across the sagebrush desert to climb the flanks of the Three Sisters, Broken Top and Mt. Jefferson, each topped with snow that lights up like fire when the rays of the sun hit at dusk. And that’s just the beginning of the show. Brasada Ranch sunsets are legendary. As the sun sinks behind the mountains, the sky above comes alive with dreamy, whispery splotches of color. Pink, orange, salmon, cranberry—the sky is painted with light. This, accompanied by a perfectly prepared cocktail, delicious appetizer, expertly composed entrée, dessert and good company, and you have the makings of a perfect evening.

Offering equal parts outdoor and indoor dining, all inviting and lovely, Range is where our guests enjoy exquisite dishes made with seasonally abundant ingredients. Our signature Central Oregon restaurant serves some of the best and most creative cuisine in the Pacific Northwest. We encourage you to relax in this intimate, easygoing refuge and savor something new from the Chef’s daily menu. The warm space and expansive surrounding views instantly make guests feel at ease, ready to unwind and share tales, old and new, around the table.

When mealtime ends, venture a few yards to one of several circular stone fireplaces that glow adjacent to our restaurant, each with incredible views of the Cascade Range and the wide-open skies and plains of the high desert. These fires, as has been the case over centuries, naturally become a gathering place at nightfall. Please, linger as long as you wish. The sky only becomes more magical and the conversation richer as the stars come out. We’ll even provide marshmallows and a toasting stick.
