Bike Rentals

Brasada Adventures' rental fleet includes Kona mountain bikes and dirt jumpers, as well as plenty of wheeled options for our youngest guests, including training wheels, trailers, trail-a-longs and Striders. Helmets are provided, as are locks for overnight rentals. Waivers are required, as well as parental/guardian signature for guests under 18yrs. Call Brasada Adventures for current rates.

Bird Watching

Brasada Adventures is standing by to provide all the details on our constantly-changing migratory birds at Brasada Ranch. We will guide you to the best locations and vantage points for viewing all the hawks, eagles and finches you can handle.

Brasada Trails

The horses await you, standing ready outside the immaculate barns. They already know how incredible this is going to be. The only question is, which way shall we ride today? At Brasada Trails, each ride is personalized to suit the rider and we offer trail-riding experiences and instruction for all ages and abilities. Cowboy Cookouts (for Kids)

Our youngest guests are invited to meet at The Hideout, roast dinner and s’mores over a campfire, take a trip down to the Equestrian Center, and have plenty of laughs along the way. Parents may drop off or join in the fun. Cowboy Cookouts take place from 6-9p seasonally. Please call for rates and the current schedule.

Fly Fishing

Our lower ponds, just west of the trestle bridge, are stocked with largemouth bass, bluegill and crappie for catch and release fishing. Adult and children’s fly fishing rods are available for rent from Brasada Adventures, located in the Athletic Center. Please call for rates. Flies are available for purchase.

Fly Fishing Excursions

Aside from our on-property stocked ponds, Central Oregon is home to some of the finest fly fishing in the country. Our professional guides have more than 100 years combined experience fishing Oregon’s waters. With over forty different trip options along the Deschutes, McKenzie, Metolius and Crooked Rivers, as well as multiple area lakes, there is something for everyone. Helicopter Tours

Contact Brasada Adventures to schedule an exciting helicopter tour of the Central Oregon high desert, leaving right from the resort. Experience breathtaking views of the lava lands, Smith Rock, Cascade peaks, and expansive high desert.

Hiking

We have 1,800 acres within the Resort and trails that wind from the top of the property down to the Equestrian Center, up to Spirit Rock, and to the top of the Powell Buttes. Central Oregon boasts hundreds more options and Brasada Adventures, just inside the Athletic Center, has maps to guide you.

Ranch Rovers

It’s proven that vacations just seem more like vacations when Ranch Rovers are involved. Our Ranch Rovers are street-legal golf carts that seat four and may be rented for 24-hour periods. Waivers and drivers licenses are required for all drivers, as well as a parental/guardian signature for guests under 18yrs. Rock Climbing

Brasada Adventures has all the information you need on local rock climbing for every ability level. Be sure to inquire about Smith Rock’s world-famous Monkey Face, where modern sport climbing started.

Running Trails

Sightseeing

One could spend months in Central Oregon and not see all there is to see, though certainly there are some attractions more popular than others, and our Experience Concierge and Brasada Adventures have all the details. Here on property, a hike up to Spirit Rock is the perfect way to get a unique view of the Central Oregon high desert and Cascade peaks beyond.

White Water Rafting

Oregon offers more wild and scenic rivers than any other state in the U.S. Over the last 30 years our guides have earned a reputation for running the highest quality trips. While there are plenty of adventures, the two most popular stand out. The McKenzie River is a postcard-perfect Oregon stream, offering half and full day adventures. On the Deschutes River, designated an Oregon Scenic Waterway in 1970 and a Federal Wild and Scenic River in 1988, you’ll experience incredible geologic and cultural history, a diverse community of fish, wildlife and vegetation, and of course big splashy rapids. Full day trips are available. All trips include round-trip transportation from Bend or Sisters, snacks and beverages, and paddle jackets and pants on cooler days.
