Golf and Athletic Club Members Clubhouse
Overlooking Brasada Ranch’s signature trestle, the pastures below, and the beautiful Cascade Mountains to the West, the Clubhouse is the social center of the resort for club members.
The 24,000-square-foot Clubhouse, designed by the award-winning architectural team of Cottle, Carr, & Yaw (Basalt, Colorado), complements the surrounding area with its low profile and extensive use of repurposed and natural materials. The structural scheme is reminiscent of the farm and ranch buildings found throughout the area. The Clubhouse features private meeting rooms, ladies’ and gentlemen’s locker rooms with adjacent lounges, massage and steam rooms, and a swimming pool for Golf Club members and their guests.
The Clubhouse also provides Athletic and Golf Club members (and their guests), a private seasonal restaurant for dining, a spacious outside deck with fire pits for dining and entertaining, and social and golf activity events throughout the year. The Clubhouse location is also a popular venue for wedding receptions, parties and business meetings.
