The Barn – This is the most perfect location for your romantic wedding, as well as executive retreats, receptions, and private dinner parties. Offering banquet dining for up to 140 seated guests and plenty more out on the grass terrace. The space showcases panoramic views through its floor to ceiling windows, an oversized fireplace, loft overlooking the entertainment below, and patios on two sides that create a tremendous flow in the warmer months.

The Great Lawn (outside The Club House) – This is another ideal location for a romantic wedding framed by seven Cascade peaks, and providing seating for up to 250 guests. It is also a great location for professional and social functions, featuring two fire pits and a Bocce court.

The Club House Great Room – Offering panoramic mountain views, this space is perfect for parties and receptions, seats up to 80 guests and accommodates up to 120 for receptions. Features a fireplace, full bar, full kitchen, in-house sound system, expansive decks that can accommodate another 100 guests.

The Club House Club Room – Adjacent to the Great Room, this space is ideal for smaller receptions up to 50 guests, and meetings for up to 20 seated guests.

The Club House Boardroom – Perfect for executive retreats and seats 20 guests around the boardroom table and private fireplace.

The Barn Boardroom – Features vaulted ceilings, multiple presentation options, a private kitchen, and accommodates 25 seated guests.

The Ranch House – This space embraces the casual side of Ranch Life. Functions of all sizes may be orchestrated here, from receptions out on the decks overlooking the Cascade peaks and featuring an oversized fire pit, to private indoor dinner parties, wine and micro-brew tastings, and more.

The Athletic Center – There are many venues for receptions and dinners at the Athletic Center, including around the outdoor pools.

Executive Chef – Adrian Carpenter, formerly the sous chef at Little Nell in Aspen,  prepares the Resort’s menus daily using fresh, local ingredients cooked in simple, flavorful ways to enhance the natural textures and tastes.  We only work with farms that raise their animals in a healthy, humane and natural manner, and their crops using organic practices. While our farm-to-fork and “Locavore” approach certainly complements our LEED certifications and operational approach, our simple goal is to provide the best tasting ingredients and the finest dining experiences possible. Research and taste buds show that natural, organic meats, non-farmed fish, naturally grown vegetables and dairy products, taste better, look better, and are ultimately much healthier for all of us.
