“I just once again wanted to thank you for an incredible weekend. I honestly could not have asked for anything to go more flawlessly. All of our guests had a marvelous time. Not only was the wedding food fabulous, the rehearsal dinner was also delicious and the service impeccable. Wow---Zydeco has ranked as my favorite restaurant in Bend for years, and now that has been challenged by your chef at Brasada. It was actually pretty funny---everyone was raving over their chosen choice of food the night of the rehearsal, so if someone next to them had ordered something different, there was lots of “sharing” going on in order that everyone could taste each dish. The deserts---let’s just say that I’m glad I don’t have the temptation daily. Please let your staff know that they are amazing.

However, I wanted you to know that many in our group thought the day at Brasada was the best. The catering was the best and the golf course was the least known but was probably the most enjoyable for many of my guys.
