Our Culinary Team will be presenting a new three-course menu each week that highlights the summer season's fresh bounty, cooked over our spitfire grill, and served up family-style for all to enjoy. After dinner, a delicious dessert will be served to cap off your evening, and s'mores are always available for purchase to enjoy around the fire. Children's menus are also available at each event.

Olivia Harms was born Western Music royalty, but the rhinestone cowgirl has stepped out on her own to craft a sound that is equal parts Bakersfield, Texas, and Nashville country.
Since 2000, Tony Smiley has captured audiences with raw rhythms of all live looping. This musical savant loops his way through a unique genre of music that you won’t find anywhere else. His cosmic dance of electric melodies range from rock, hip hop, reggae, tribal fusion, 80's and everything in between, with a dash of Mongolian throat singing and beat-boxing have earned the loop ninja a cult like following that repeatedly embarks on his musical journey.
Honey Don’t is the musical union of Bill Powers and Shelley Gray, perhaps better known as one-half of the Paonia, Colorado based old-time bluegrass band, Sweet Sunny South. Their music may be delivered acoustic or electric and is based in the folk tradition with bluegrass and old-time at its deepest roots.
Toast and Jam is a “rootsy” Bend, OR based band featuring Jeff Miller, Ben Delery and Russ Skelton belting out dynamic vocal harmonies. Their extensive set list ranges anywhere from their own original music as well as the classics.
