Dear Guests,


Please be assured that every decision we have made and will make is rigorously evaluated based on the well-being of our immediate and global community. The information contained here includes our: 


1. Operating changes through April 16, 2020,  


2. Daily actions to provide safe, healthy, and welcoming environments, and 


3. Revised cancelation and change policies through May 31, 2020.  



In our efforts to adhere to updated state protocol and the national directive to increase social distancing, the following operating changes are in place through April 16, 2020, or as updated.

  • Upon your initial arrival at The Ranch House, please call 541-526-6865, and our Guest Services Team will be happy to greet you at your vehicle if you prefer. The Team will provide you with a welcome packet to enjoy your time at The Ranch.

  • Housekeeping standards include the use of anti-viral cleaning solutions and other precautions, including the suspension of our in-stay housekeeping on the second morning of a Guest's stay. Given our Guests' preferences, our housekeeping teams are not entering the Suites and Cabins during stays and are focused on thorough departure cleanings and pre-arrival cleanings.

    • Requests for additional linens, towels or supplies will be delivered to your front door; please call Guest Services at 541-526-6865.​​​​​​

    • At least three days are being provided between Guest stays in each of our Suites and Cabins.

  • The Ranch House is open for take-out and delivery, and closed for in-restaurant dining, from 7:00 AM until 9:00 PM daily (8:00 AM until 8:00 PM starting March 29, 2020.) Orders may be made by calling 541-323-6002. The current menus are below.  

    • Take-out may be picked up in the Ranch House front lobby.

    • Wait and delivery times may vary based on volume.

    • Charges will be settled to the Guest's folio without a signature; a service charge of 18% for take-our and 20% for delivery will be added.

  • The General Store is open from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM daily. For deliveries, please call 541-323-6001.

    • Charges will be settled to the Guest's folio without a signature.

    • Delivery times may vary based on volume.

  • Brasada Canyons is open with the following service adjustments: 

    • All players must stay at least six (6) feet from one another; special care is necessary on tee boxes and greens. 

    • Front-drive bag services are suspended; upon arrival, we kindly ask that each golfer manage their golf clubs from their car to a cart. 

    • The Pro Shop is closed; all check-ins are taking place just outside the Pro Shop.

    • The practice range is open, with some reduction in amenities.

    • The on-course restrooms are available, yet the comfort stations are unavailable; bottled water is available outside the Pro Shop.

    • Walking is encouraged. Carts are available for single use only; immediate family members are the exception.

    • No golfers need to touch or remove the flagsticks; all cups have been raised one (1) inch above the hole; hit it, and you’ve made it in the hole. 

    • All bunker rakes have been removed from the course. Please lift, clean and place, and smooth the bunkers using your feet or a club. 

  • The following amenities are closed: The Athletic and Fitness Center, Pools, Hideout, Sport Courts, and Spa Brasada. Our Fitness Classes are canceled until further notice. The Cascade (adult only) Pool was scheduled to open March 21, 2020; this date is unconfirmed at this time.

    • Bikes and fishing poles are available for rent. Please call 541-526-6865.

    • Ranch Rovers are available for rental and may only be shared by immediate family members. 

  • Our larger events have been replaced with daily activities and crafts. Please call 541-526-6872 for additional details.

    • Canceled events include Snow Camp Weekend (Friday, March 20), Easter Brunch (Sunday, April 12), and our Spring Break Camps.

    • Daily crafts are available for order and delivery from the Athletic Center ($7 per), including Piggy Banks, Sand Art, Bird Houses, Kites, Flowerpots, Masks, and Bug Houses while supplies last. Please enquire by calling 541-526-6872

    • Additional activities, which the Athletic Center Team would love to discuss with you, including on and off property hikes, on-property fishing (rentals available), constellation guides for the beautiful night skies, bike rides (rentals available), and on-property scavenger hunts.

  • Guest Services are limited to community safety and requested deliveries. Shuttle services and additional assistance are no longer available. Please do not go to The Ranch House to speak with Guest Services; please call 541-526-6865.

In our efforts to provide safe, healthy, and welcoming environments, we are continuing to take the following daily actions:

  • Connecting with each Team Member before commencing work to discuss symptom monitoring and review our protocol, including social distancing. 

  • Ensuring Team Members receive support and stay home if they are experiencing any illness.

  • Routinely using enhanced anti-viral cleaning solutions to disinfect guestrooms, restrooms, restroom fixtures, door handles, water fountains, elevator call buttons, handrails, dining spaces, serving utensils, lounge areas, locker rooms, fitness equipment and more.

  • Providing hand sanitizer and wipes throughout the property.

  • Providing Team Members constant reinforcement of our hygiene standards, including:

    • Wash hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

    • Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth.

    • Cover mouths and noses with a bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to dispose of tissues immediately.

    • Maintain at least six (6) feet of distance between yourself and others

In our efforts to provide peace of mind, we have revised our cancellation and change policies through May 31, 2020.

  • Our Peace of Mind Policy applies to all reservations with arrival dates through May 31, 2020. Fees will not apply to reservation changes or cancellations made at least 48-hours before arrival. For our guests with existing reservations, the same applies. 

  • For our guests with reservations arriving after May 31, 2020, please know that we will continue to monitor the situation, and we will adjust our policies as necessary.

  • Please know that our Guests and their future reservations represent the livelihood of hundreds of dedicated Team Members that have been negatively affected by circumstances entirely outside their control. Your support is appreciated and critical. We hope that if you need to change plans, you will reschedule. If you have a deposit on file with us, you may choose to use it towards a stay over the next twelve (12) months, through March 31, 2021.

The severity of the current situation warrants all of our attention and cooperation to stem the potential spread of COVID-19.  The steps we are taking impact experiences, and as such, we have waived our Resort Fees through April 16, 2020.
