KEEP IT SAFE

Brasada Ranch is a very special place for our Club members, homeowners, resort guests, and dedicated Team. Everyone's health and safety is our top priority, and we've elevated our high standards. If you would like to join us, we will ask that you approach our community as your own and respect our evolving protocol.

ATHLETIC CLUB PROTOCOL

Current operations consistently updated based on the State's updated guidance.
VIEW CURRENT OPERATIONS

  • The pools and spas would be chlorinated to the maximum permissible levels. CDC protocol states, "There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools or hot tubs; proper operation and maintenance should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19."

GOLF CLUB PROTOCOL

  • Counters, door handles, bathroom sinks, and entryways are wiped down multiple times each day. Sanitary wipes are located at the bag drop, Pro Shop, and outside restrooms.
  • Each morning and after use, the golf carts are disinfected with a sanitizer spray, including steering wheels, windshields, frames of windshields, seats, ball washers/club washers, cubbies, bag strap holders, and coolers. In the afternoon and evenings, the golf carts are washed thoroughly from the canopy to the tires.
  • All players must stay at least six (6) feet from one another; special care is necessary on tee boxes and greens.

EQUESTRIAN CLUB PROTOCOL

  • All saddles, reins, and helmets are disinfected after each use.
  • No riders or Sanctuary guests should venture near or enter The Equestrian Club Barns (signage marks the barns.)

SPA BRASADA PROTOCOL

  • We have increased time between appointments for enhanced cleaning that includes our blue light ozone sanitizer.
  • The relaxation room has been rearranged to promote physical distancing.
  • Wellness questionnaires and temperature readings will be required prior to each appointment.
  • All Team Members and guests must wear a face mask during their appointments (masks can be removed when face down in the cradle during massages).
  • All spaces, lockers, retail items, robes, and slippers are sanitized between uses.
  • Steam rooms and hair/makeup stations are temporarily closed due to the State's local guidance.

HOUSEKEEPING PROTOCOL

  • Our housekeepers have been trained on our enhanced cabin cleaning standards, which include the use of personal protective equipment, air filter replacements, and new electrostatic disinfecting equipment and specialized anti-viral solutions.
  • Our new electrostatic sprayers protect our Team and allow them to disinfect what you see and don’t see. Before you arrive, we’ll have cleaned every surface, remote, phone, bed, and everything in between. We’ll have replaced the air filters and stocked the cabin with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and more. If you need more of anything, including linens and towels, we’ll deliver it right away.
  • Mid-stay housekeeping cleans are temporarily discontinued to protect our valued resort guests and our dedicated team members.

TEAM MEMBER PROTOCOL

  • All Team Members are regularly trained on our enhanced standards, including but not limited to proper use of the provided protective equipment and hygiene, including (i) washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, (ii) avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth, (iii) covering mouths and noses with a bent elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to dispose of tissues immediately, and (iv) maintaining at least six (6) feet of distance from others.
  • All Team Members are required to wear a face covering when indoors, and we encourage our Members and Guests to do the same.
