Each performance captures the spirit of The Ranch—whether you’re cozying up by the firepit at Wild Rye, savoring brunch at Ranch House, sipping cocktails at Back Porch, or unwinding by the Cascade Pool. Talented musicians provide the perfect soundtrack, making every stay just a little more memorable.

Wild Rye
Wild Rye is a new addition to the culinary and cocktail experience at Brasada Ranch—defining Central Oregon’s high desert cuisine. Led by Executive Chef Karl Holl, every dish is intricately tied to the land, the season, and the lifestyle of the region, whether foraged from the surroundings, grown by Central Oregon farms, or philosophically connected to the desert. Hours and availability adjust seasonally.
The Back Porch at Ranch House
Kick back, relax, and soak in the sweeping Cascade Mountain views from The Back Porch — our laid-back hideaway just off the Ranch House deck. It's the perfect perch for sipping something delicious while the sun dips low and the conversation flows. Open select Fridays and Saturdays during the summer.
