Check-in/out & Length of Stay

Pet Policies

• Dogs are welcome in our Cascade Bungalows and our dog-friendly Cabins (must be reserved in advance) for a non-refundable $30 cleaning fee per dog, per night
  
  

• We allow 2 dogs maximum per reservation
  
  

• Dogs are not permitted in the Cabin Guestrooms if reserved individually or in the Ranch House Guestrooms or Suites
  
  

• Dogs are welcome on paved and unpaved trails, restaurant patios, as well as the pet lawns in our Sage Canyon neighborhood, as long as they are leashed at all times
  
  

• Please supply your own pet beds, leashes, food bowls, treats, toys, and clothing (especially if you’re visiting during the winter season)
  
  

• Disposable pet food bowls are available upon request
  
  

• The Athletic Center, pools, golf course, Pro Shop, and the inside of all restaurants are not dog-friendly but registered service animals are welcome

Smoking Policies

• There is no smoking or vaping of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, etc.) inside any cabins or buildings at Brasada Ranch
  
  

• Smoking IS allowed outside as long as guests are at least 10 feet away from any doors or windows
  
  

• Marijuana is controlled by the OLCC and is strictly prohibited in public areas, guestrooms, suites, and cabins owned by Brasada Ranch
  
  

• Failure to comply will result in a $500 fee

Cancellation Policies

• A deposit of one night of the total stay value has been charged to your credit card at the time of booking
  
  

• The one night deposit will be refunded, less a $35 cancellation fee, for cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival. Cancellations or modifications within 7 days prior to arrival are charged the deposit as a cancellation fee
  
  

• Guests who depart early or do not arrive will be charged the full amount of the reservation
  
  

• A reservation made as a non-refundable reservation at the time of booking is 100% non-refundable

Taxes & Fees

• A 8.5% County Tax, 1.5% State Tax, and 13.5% Non-Taxable Resort Fee are applied to all reservations

Housekeeping Policies

• Cascade Bungalows, Ranch House Suites and Guestrooms are cleaned daily
  
  

• Cabins and Cabin Guestrooms receive a mid-stay tidy for stays of 4 nights and longer
